Dear Friends of the Ghostly Gala to Vanish FSHD,
Thanks to your enthusiastic and generous support, the Ghostly Gala has quickly become a beloved Halloween event, whose impact is being felt in the many important advances being made in FSH muscular dystrophy research.
Moving forward, we aim to seriously engage and energize the philanthropic arms of LA’s entertainment community to raise the public profile of FSHD. This is an ambitious goal that requires a particular strategy and timeline. So, in lieu of a fabulous party this year, we are throwing our energies into the first LA FSHD Family Day Conference on October 21.
While we work toward our longer-range goals, the work of the FSH Society must move forward with all the speed and resources we can put toward it. Please continue your support of the FSH Society this year with a gift matching or exceeding your previous generosity using the form below.
We look forward to seeing you at next year’s Ghostly Gala!
With our heartfelt thanks,
Patricia Doktor, Ellen Rennell, Alison Korman
