Co-organized by the FSH Society with Jeffrey Statland, MD, and his team at the University of Kansas Medical Center (KUMC), this world-class meeting will update you on research at KUMC as well as from other leading FSHD centers. Dr. Statland is Principal Investigator of the nationwide FSHD Clinical Trial Research Network. Guest speakers include Rabi Tawi, MD, from the University of Rochester, and Scott Harper, PhD, from Ohio State University, who is a leader in developing gene therapy for FSHD. Experts in physical and occupational therapy, orthotics, and mobility aids will also be on hand to answer your questions.
