This week’s leader, known by her Instagram handle @FSHD Wellness is a fitness enthusiast and active member of the international FSHD Instagram online community. She brings her experience as a former Taekwondo instructor, 20 years practicing yoga and pilates, and her personal journey of navigating exercise with FSHD. She leads a series of low-impact, seated exercises that focus on intentional and controlled movements to enhance core strength, mobility and even mood. It focuses on smaller and deeper muscles.
This video requires a stable chair or stool (back of chair is optional). You can also use light weights ranging from 1lb to 5lb.
