Join us for an exciting day with the FSHD team at the UMass Medical School. The day begins with talks by researchers who are investigating the underlying mechanisms of FSHD and new ways to treat the condition, followed by a tour of their laboratories. At noon, we’ll enjoy lunch together and enjoy talks by Dr. Lawrence Hayward and esteemed colleagues and guest speakers. Find out about the prospects for future clinical trials at UMass and what you can do to be “trial ready.” You’ll also have an opportunity to provide blood samples needed for important research.
