DETAILS: For many of us, communing with Nature is an important contributor to well-being, but can sometimes seem difficult as an individual with FSHD. Join us for our next Sacramento chapter meeting where FSHD Society member, Paul Miller, will share some tips on how to keep active outdoors and about “Bringing the beauty of birds into our daily lives.” He will share about his adventures in birding and introduce us to tools and resources that will help us discover the wonders in our own backyards!
